The Directors of the Company collectively have significant experience in the resources and corporate sectors.

Paul Larsen – Non-Executive Chairman

Paul has over 25 years of commercial experience, being the managing director of a number of successful private companies. He has been heavily involved in the construction industry including many Perth landmarks and had previously held the position of President of the Association of Wall and Ceiling Contractors of W.A. Inc. Mr. Larsen’s analytical skills and resourceful intellect together with his background in contractual business matters will complement the effectiveness of the Board, to achieve success in the enterprise.

Dermot Ryan - Managing Director

Mr Ryan is a highly regarded exploration manager and geologist with over 30 years experience. He spent 20 years with the CRA group of companies from 1977-1996, including 10 years as Chief Geologist for CRA Exploration in various states of Australia. He was GM Exploration for Great Central Mines Ltd (later Normandy Yandal Operations Ltd) from late 1996-2001, and for the past 7 years has acted as an industry consultant through his own private mineral exploration consultancy Xserv Pty Ltd. Mr Ryan is also a non executive director of ASX listed Legend Mining Limited.

Bruce Hawley - Executive Director

Mr Bruce Hawley has over 35 years experience in the mining and process industries in the fields of process design, engineering and senior/ executive management roles. His experience has been gained in mineral sands, iron ore, diamonds, kaolin, uranium, various base metals, process and pharmaceutical industries. Bruce is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the AusIMM and he holds a BE (Chem) Hons, FAusIMM, CP.

Jay Stephenson - Company Secretary

Jay has been involved in manufacturing and business development for 18 years including the past 13 years as director, chief financial officer and company secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in resources, manufacturing, wine, hotels, and property. He has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well managing all areas of finance for companies.
